Booking Terms

1. Who you are dealing with

2. What you book

• A first lesson: 50 minutes, one to one, online on Google Meet, at the price shown for your market when you book.
• A free assessment session, where offered: a short online meeting with no charge and no commitment.
• Ongoing lessons, agreed directly with me after the first lesson. They are paid month by month, at the end of the month, and the rhythm can change at any time.

The confirmation email with the Google Meet link is the proof of your booking. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, write to me.

3. Price and payment

The first lesson is paid when you book, by card, through Stripe. The price is the one shown on the page before you pay, in the currency of your market. Card details never reach me: Stripe handles the payment and I only receive confirmation that it went through.

Prices on the site include any applicable tax. An invoice or receipt is issued on request.

4. Cancellation and refund

Full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or write to me at pietro@pietromeloni.com. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson, or do not attend, the lesson is charged in full. If I have to cancel for any reason, you get a full refund or a new time of your choice.

The free assessment session has no payment and therefore nothing to refund: if the time no longer suits you, just cancel it from the email or write to me.

5. Changing the time

You can move a booked lesson to another time once, free of charge, if you ask at least 24 hours before. Write to me and I will propose the first available slots.

6. Lessons with students under 18

A parent or guardian books on behalf of a student under 18 and may join the call at any time. Lessons are not recorded by me; if you record them for study, that recording stays private to the family.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. For any question, write to me first: almost everything is solved by email in a day.
